1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or participating in any Brave Together services, including parent coaching groups, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.
2. Description of Services
Brave Together provides parent coaching, educational resources, and group-based support for parents of children with anxiety.
These services are not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.
3. No Therapist-Client Relationship
Participation in Brave Together does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Lindsey Pace or Evercare Counseling.
If you are seeking therapy services, please contact a licensed mental health provider in your state.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in Brave Together services.
These services are intended for parents or caregivers.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment is required in full prior to the start of each 4-week module.
We offer a full refund if, after completing the module, you feel the program was not a good fit or did not provide value. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the final session.
To qualify, participants must have attended the majority of sessions and made a good faith effort to engage with and apply the material. Refund requests must include a brief written explanation of participation and experience.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance or lack of participation.
6. Group Participation & Expectations
By joining a Brave Together group, you agree to:
Participate respectfully
Maintain confidentiality of other participants
Not record sessions without permission
Brave Together reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or violates group expectations.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (including worksheets, slides, and content) are the property of Brave Together and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.
8. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Each participant’s experience and results may vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brave Together and Lindsey Pace are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the program or use of this website.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
