Therapy and coaching can both bring support and growth, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy focuses on healing. It helps individuals work through mental health concerns, past experiences, or clinical symptoms that may need a licensed professional’s care.
Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on learning and action. It’s about building skills, gaining insight, and finding new ways to respond in the present moment. In Brave Together, I guide parents through practical tools and mindset shifts to help them support their anxious child with confidence and compassion, not as a therapist treating your child, but as a coach equipping you.
While I bring my background as a therapist into everything I teach, Brave Together is an educational and coaching program, not mental health treatment. It’s designed to help parents learn evidence-based strategies they can use at home, alongside or separate from their child’s therapy.
