Guiding parents to help their anxious kids be BRAVE- even when it’s hard.

parent coaching from a licensed therapist, mom of 2, and someone who knows anxiety from the inside out

maybe you’re…

Worried about your child

You’ve seen them start dreading or avoiding activities they used to handle with no problem. The list of what makes them nervous or worried is getting longer. Despite them getting older, their dependence on you doesn’t seem to change. They are easily distressed, upset, or irritable.

Confused about how to help

You’ve been to the pediatrician, and they’ve recommended counseling or medication or both. You’ve made some changes to your activities and schedules in an effort to reduce triggers and meltdowns. In some cases, you are doing more, and in other ways, you are doing less. Despite your efforts, the anxiety persists.

Feeling alone

You know logically, you aren’t the only one who is parenting an anxious child, but it sure feels that way. You’ve stopped talking about your challenges because others don’t seem to understand, or you are worried about being judged. Conflict and isolation can also arise due to different approaches offered by spouses and family members.

I’M Lindsey.

I believe YOU can help your child overcome their fears.

When you understand how anxiety works and begin to apply evidence-based strategies that involve boundaries AND compassion, you and your child will discover just how capable they are.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but I’ve seen it happen.
