You don’t have to figure this out on your own. This 4-week group will help you support your anxious child with more confidence and calm through practical tools, guidance, and real-life coaching.

Who this is for:

  • parents of children with anxiety

  • Parents who feel stuck in patterns of reassurance or accommodation

  • Parents who want to feel more confident and calm

How it works:

  • 4-week modules, 1 module is 4 weeks, 3 modules are available

  • 1-hour weekly virtual sessions

  • Join at the start of any module, there are three different modules

  • Continue month-to-month if desired

When and where are the meetings?

Wednesdays from 10:00 - 11:00 EST

Payment is required in full prior to the start of each 4-week module.

If you complete the module and feel that the program was not valuable, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the final session.

To be eligible for a refund, participants must demonstrate a reasonable level of engagement in the program, including attendance at sessions and attempts to apply the material. Refund requests should include a brief explanation of your experience and what was or was not helpful.
